If God is All-Powerful it would not be out of the question for evolving to be within His omnipotence. But if so, why would God need to evolve, if not to experience growth like He yearns to experience all states of being. Therefore if God evolves, meaning He is growing with us, then God learns from us how to deal with us, like a parent learns how to raise children.
